"Striking a balance: The interplay of beauty professional skills and customer service." Hello, beautiful people; it's been a while. I am happy you are here. Do you have or do you know a beauty professional who is super fantastic in their technical skills? However, they may need help in customer service. Stop. Stay put; help is on the way. Many skillfully talented professionals in the beauty industry have excellent technical skills. Still, they may not recognize the importance of good customer service. The beauty industry is a fantastic industry to be a part of, and there are many classes centered around techniques and new trends; however, only a few courses encourage the importance of good customer service in the beauty business.
Good customer service is just as important as one's technical skills. As a beauty professional myself, it is so easy to omit good service sometimes, especially if you are in business for yourself. Sometimes, we get comfortable and need to remember the importance of maintaining or, in some cases, implementing good customer service. I created a mini-course with beauty professionals in mind. It is a guide to providing savvy customer service in the beauty business. I've attached a short clip above, which sums up the course. Check it out, and please refer, refer, refer. You can purchase the mini-course on my website, natalie-edwards.com. There are a couple of gifts on my site for attendees. Lastly, follow me on social media. You can access all of my social media platforms through my website. As always, thank you for reading my blog posts; I am most appreciative.
Kind Words: People can't see your intentions, and you can't see theirs, so always be kind and try not to judge; it may just cost someone their life.
